These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Cal Pro mobile application (“App”, “AI Cal Pro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using AI Cal Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AI Cal Pro is a nutrition and calorie tracking application. The App may help users scan meals, estimate calories and macronutrients, track food intake, manage nutrition goals, view progress, and access nutrition-related insights.
The App may use artificial intelligence, barcode data, food databases, user input, and estimation methods to help provide nutrition information.
AI Cal Pro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All nutrition information, calorie estimates, macro estimates, recommendations, warnings, and insights are provided for general informational and wellness purposes only.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, dietary, or health-related decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, eating disorder, pregnancy, food allergy, or specific dietary restriction.
AI Cal Pro may use artificial intelligence, databases, user input, barcode data, image analysis, and estimation methods to calculate nutrition values.
We do not guarantee that calorie counts, macronutrient values, ingredient estimates, food recognition, serving sizes, barcode data, or other nutrition information will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming food entries, serving sizes, ingredients, and nutrition information.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
If you use email/password sign-in, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you use Google Sign-In or another authentication provider, your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms and policies.
Your use of the App may involve storing account information, nutrition logs, food entries, goals, preferences, weight history, scan history, subscription status, and cloud backup data.
When you use AI photo scanning, food photos or related input may be sent to our backend and AI providers for analysis. Nutrition diary and progress data may be backed up to our backend after sign-in to help restore your data if you reinstall the App, clear app data, or move to another device.

You agree not to:
AI Cal Pro offers free and paid Premium features. Premium features may include advanced AI food analysis, progress insights, nutrition patterns, monthly comparison, smart coach features, family plan features, higher usage limits, cloud-supported features, or other paid functionality shown inside the App.
Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing or another app store payment system where applicable. The price, billing period, renewal terms, available plan details, and any trial or offer terms are shown before purchase inside the App and/or by the app store.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play or the applicable app store before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account. If you cancel, you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, subject to Google Play policies.
Deleting the App or deleting your AI Cal Pro account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription through Google Play.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.
Premium access, usage limits, AI scan limits, family plan access, referral rewards, or other paid benefits may vary by plan, region, app version, platform, and availability.
We may apply fair-use limits, abuse-prevention systems, and security checks to protect the App, prevent misuse, and keep the service reliable.
We may update, change, add, remove, or limit certain free or paid features over time, as long as we do so in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.
AI Cal Pro, including its design, branding, features, text, graphics, user interface, software, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reproduce, reverse engineer, or reuse any part of the App without permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
AI Cal Pro may use third-party services for authentication, backend infrastructure, AI analysis, subscription management, payment processing, analytics, crash reporting, and other app functionality.
These services may include Firebase, Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, AI providers, and other service providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, accurate, secure, or uninterrupted.
AI analysis, barcode data, cloud backup, subscription verification, and other online features may depend on internet access, third-party services, backend availability, and device compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Cal Pro is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
You use the App at your own risk. Nutrition estimates and insights should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice.
Users may request deletion of their AI Cal Pro account and associated app data.
Deletion requests can be sent to: aicalpro.support@gmail.com
Please send the request from the same email address used to sign in to AI Cal Pro, or include enough information for us to identify your account.
Data that may be deleted includes account profile data, nutrition diary, food logs, weight and goal history, scan history, cloud backup data, and related app data.
Some subscription, purchase, fraud-prevention, security, tax, legal, or compliance records may be retained where required by law or platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, attempts to bypass security or payment systems, or uses the App in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
