Account and Data Deletion

AI Cal Pro

AI Cal Pro users can request deletion of their app account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: aicalpro.support@gmail.com

Please send the request from the same email address used to sign in to AI Cal Pro. If you cannot access that email, include enough information for us to identify your account.

Data That May Be Deleted

• App account profile
• Nutrition diary and food logs
• Weight history and goal history
• AI scan history and app backup data
• Referral, family, and app-related account data where applicable

Data That May Be Retained

Some subscription, purchase, fraud-prevention, tax, legal, security, or compliance records may be retained where required by law or platform rules.

Processing Time

We usually process deletion requests within 30 days.
